About Tringify for Shiprocket
Connect Tringify fulfillment locations to your Shiprocket account. Fulfillment orders assigned to the connector are created in Shiprocket automatically. You book couriers and labels in Shiprocket as usual; AWBs, tracking links and shipment updates flow back into Tringify.
Fulfillment connected to Shiprocket
Connect Tringify fulfillment locations to your own Shiprocket account. Fulfillment orders assigned to the connector are created in Shiprocket with their customer, item, payment, pickup-location and parcel details.
What the connector does
Maps Tringify fulfillment locations to Shiprocket pickup locations.
Creates a Shiprocket order for each fulfillment order assigned to it.
Cancels the Shiprocket order when the order is cancelled in Tringify, as long as it hasn't been booked yet (a setting, on by default).
Booking and tracking
Book couriers, print labels and request pickups in Shiprocket as usual. When Shiprocket assigns an AWB, the connector creates the fulfillment in Tringify, and every later Shiprocket update becomes a tracking event on the order.
Visibility
Shipments that need a decision appear in the app's Needs attention list.
If your Shiprocket sign-in stops working, the connector pauses that store's work and asks you to reconnect.
Uninstalling
After you uninstall, remove the connector's webhook URL from your Shiprocket settings.
